Sleep deprivation causes deficiencies in system 2 processing, complex cognitive functions. Duh! I should have realized that was why I was feeling like crap earlier. I was driving home from the mall and felt all woozy, reaction time in response to other drivers felt slow. I also felt a little paranoid. I went to bed at 2 am and then rose at 6 am and it’s now 4 pm. Damn. Where does the time go! Time for a nap. Need to recharge my brain. lmao. Sleep is very important, in fact, it is crucial to the normal thinking process in relation to complex tasks such as driving, and complex math problems.


Then blog, manuscript and Photoshop duties for the H.O.P.E. project.
