The only one?

*shopping at Wal-mart

-Armed with a list; my mission, to tackle the never-ending aisles of useful/useless things. I’ve learned to control my impulsive mind with a list; a detailed, succinct account of my essential needs.

It wasn’t always that way however. I too [blindly] walked into this “mega-discount superstore”, without a list and just a few things I needed [in mind]. Always walking out with much more than.

Create a list, stick to that list, and walk into that store with purpose. Get in, get what you need and get out.

Try it.

It’s a liberating experience.
